This page explains how roster PDF files are processed by this tool.
How the tool works
You upload a PDF file. The server stores it briefly in a temporary directory, extracts the text with pdftotext, creates calendar data from it and deletes the temporary PDF and text file afterwards.
What is stored
The uploaded PDF and the generated text file are not stored permanently. There is no database containing your roster data. Only an anonymous counter is stored for the total number of calendar files generated.
Footer counter
The counter only shows a total number. It does not contain names, file names, roster data or IP addresses.
Browser data
The browser sends the detected time zone and selected language so the calendar file can be generated correctly and the interface can be displayed in the right language. The language may be stored locally in the browser.
Acceptance by upload
By uploading a file, you confirm that you have read this notice and agree to the described processing.
Note: This privacy notice describes the technical processing in this tool and is not individual legal advice.
